Let me guess: Jack will be picked up by some slaver, his nightmares coming true?
Although, with law-abiding slavers, he could just tell them that he is property of Commodore Norrington, to whom he must be returned. That should keep him safe for a while. At least up until they hand him over at Port Royal, to a very upset and very jealous Gilette whose Commodore has been kidnapped recently.
Wild guesses aside, the sex-scene was very hot again (as they often are with candles). Two men sharing Jack is something I would like to read more often.
Speaking of candles: Would that candle not slide out from Jack's ass with every movement unless somehow secured in place?

If they are good t, st, stop feeding them and let them fend for themselves. Occasionally you can catch one and feed it to the plot ferrets.
What happened to that inspiration demon you once had?

I read all 22 chapters today; I just could not stop reading once I had started. Its amazing, the scenes between Jack, James and Will in particular make me extremely happy.
After many hours I finally got to chapter 22, which started off, well what can I say extremely hot, Jack torture is just so much fun, only when he enjoys it of course:)
Then disaster strikes and Jack is gone NOOOOOOOO…….please, please tell me there is a happy ending. ::gets down on knees and begs::

Tell him what happens to little hellcreatures who back away from muses and do not do their duties: They deserve to be punished.
Suggestion: hand that useless demon over to Bootstrap Bill's ghost! On the other hand, you might have to replace him afterwards.
Another possible solution for you demon problem: Let a seagull drop that vial of oil on deck which Will threw out of the window - and then let Jack go after you muse. That should be inspiring.
