Honestly, though, are you a biology major or something? This must have taken a crazy amount of research otherwise, to get all the not-quite-ancient-but-certainly-outdated biology terms correctly.
Herbert's voice really rang true throughout this, it was amazing how perfectly you were able to replicate his thought processes. The way he acted too, very much him--part coward, part misogynist, part mad scientist... so deep in the closet that he's discovering Christmas presents.... The scene where he's crouching with his eyes closed pretending to be invisible, but then is upset at himself for acting that way when it's *his* house but not Francesca's....
The quote from the Tempest too... man, just hilarious.
I liked the bit you snuck in about him nursing Dan back to health. Also the bit about how Herbert's work was mostly the broad vision and sketchily worked together, whereas Daniel's work was meticulous on the simple, small-scale, although he didn't really get the big picture. The idea of him meticulously working away at the Bride's nipple while West watched, lips curled in jealousy--amazing.
