The lonliness and isolation he feels is so profound and moving. I feel it too. Poor Jonathan. He misses his sister and wants to be accepted by Rick. He wants to be a part of their family but he knows he doesn't really belong.

The pain, the humiliation, the fear, the disgust, the absolute terror, the suffering, etc... all of it! How horrible and sad but how intense and raw this chapter is! Such detail and you are inside Jon's head so that we know what he is thinking and feeling and screaming.
