As I was finishing this chapter, the final sweet female group choir sang aaaahhh in Rhapsody's 'Shadows of Death' came on and I felt very very mellow. Considering my father passed away last night I am in a quite sensitive emotional state and am actually desiring Jack to be martyred.
Be it strange? Me thinking a sweet and glorious death which has revenge to it's fullest would be the best grand finalé around? I wish this a lot, and yours is the first fic I have reviewed in positively months ever since dagot got sick. So...as a request...make us cry. But also make as feel less like sweet fluffyness has occurred, and more like devine justice and courageous farewells.

Am desiring tears but also that swelling of the breast that makes one feel like they are fullfilled with the read. Not like I want you to finish anytime soon. I mean, you could kill Jack or Will in the next chapter or two, but let the story continue for a few more with the aftermath.

Do not feel oblid, td, this is YOUR story.

It's nice to hear your demons and muses are better now and out to play again. If only they could see to Bootstrap Bill's poor, neglected ghost once in a while... (*beg*)
If Jacob grew with his Cherokee mother among the Cherokee, why is he "Jacob" then, and not "odd seabird" or "getting-on-my-nerves mockingbird" or whatever his stepfather might have found appropriate?
When the other ship was sighted and Jacob could not identify them, Jack could at least have asked what type of ship it was. He might actually have asked for a description as detailed as possible, in order to know what he has to deal with - and perhaps he would have been able to recognise them from the figurehead or something. Will, Gibbs and Norrington should also have taken a look, I think.

T_T And how the hell did that guy ever become a "holy man"? *sigh* Sometimes I look at the past and feel ashamed of being a Catholic (plus those guys in Rome can be stupid at times).
