I have been looking forever for "The Last Samurai" fic, and this is the first that I've found (I can't believe it's such a scarce fandom!)... thank you for so masterfully filling the void. :-) You wouldn't happen to be writing any Algren/Katsumoto fics, or knoere ere to find some, would you? (How can anyone deny the slashiness of their last scene together?) *grin*

Finally! I have been looking for fanfiction for "The Last Samurai" since it first came out and yours has been the first! All I can is iis it was well worth the wait. That was amazing! One of the fics that I know I will come back and read again, somewhere down the line when I need a pick me up or just a good read. Only wish it was longer! The way you described the characters was spot on. This fic is one I will definetly tell my friends about. Hey I just thought of something...Why not write a sequel! Or maybe just more Last Samurai fanfiction! Good idea right! I will certainly be keeping on eye out for it! This made my night!
