Good story so far and very interesting plot. If you don't mind I'd like to be on that update list you mentioned since I really don't come by here that often that would be really helpful. So keep the chapters coming.

Very cool. I can't wait to see what happens! *^^* I must say the idea of them meeting up in another life is quite interesting. Are they both going to die again? That would be horribly sad... You know seeing them in the present day would be interesting. Perhaps you could make a sequal? Well, good luck.

I am so glad you updated this! I don't think it took that dark of a turn (course, there are only 2 chapters, who knows what will happen next)
so, Swann owns the saloon in town? hm.. yeah, that works, would make him rather wealthy.
poor Will! apprenticed to icky Mr. Brown (which is bad enough) but on top of that he gets to be a rentboy!

so, that was like the third times I've read this... and its still good :D
let's see.. I think the chapters are a little short, if you could lengthen 'em a bit that would be great (or just post 2 or 3 at a time, that would be good too)
I really like the idea for the story, but I think you could be a little more descriptive, like where in the west are they? How come Jack is in that town? those kinds of things (unless you mean to explain it all later, then ignore me and keep writing the way you want, you are the author!)

You bloody have to continue! How can you stop like that? lol :) I loved the prologue. It was sad and beautiful. I can see Jack dying for Will if the boy died jus just makes sense. Please PLEASE write more. Besides my love for J/W slash I do love cowboys as well after watching Viggo Mortensen riding a horse. lol.
