Oh, my... This was wondrous. That's the only word I can come up with to describe this masterpiece, and it was an absolute pleasure to read. You have a way with words, a sort of beautiful floridness that's rare even in the published world, and absolutely unheard of in fanfiction! Every step of the way it was emotionally charged, and I actually found myself smiling and angry and scared and absolutely heartbroken at different points in the story. Oh, and the ending... It was just right, a little bittersweet but full of hope for the future. Breathtaking. It's been a long time since I've read anything this perfect, and I don't use that word carelessly! Thank you so much for posting this. I look forward to reading more of your work in the future!

AMAZING. I can't even describe how well you write. The characters are so well crafted, that I can't help but love them (even the seconday characters such as Odysseus) You write love so beautifully, and the relationsip between Achilles and Paris makes me tear up and happy at the same time. I swear, you are one of the best writers I've encountered yet. Thank you for sharing...now excuse me while I go to my room and cry (it's a happy ending, but yet I feel so depressed).

One of the best stories I've ever read on this site. Professionally written and flowing throughout. The ending was a stroke of absolute brilliance—tying it into the actual legend and yet still granting us a happy ending. This was a beautifully written love story and I enjoyed every second of it. I can really picture them being able to move on in life and live together forever in peace.

Not only did you satisfy the romantic desires I have for a good story, you also provided amazing love scenes. I haven't read something that intense in a long, long time. Kudos.

You truly have a gift for writing.

This was so overwhelmingly magnificent that I'm not quite sure how to review it in a way that will properly express to you just how much I loved it!

Everything was written so perfectly, the fighting, the Love-making... *faints* Man, the love-making XD So indescribably hot I cannot praise you enough for it XD
The way their love grew, blossomed before our very eyes into something so profoundly beautiful, and yet gut-wrenchingly tragic. Oh how I cried for the fate I thought was theirs >_<
I was still so sure everything was going to go wrong, foresaw some horrible Romeo and Juliet ending for them ;_ ; But thank God, that didn't happen! One of those times where I've never been happier that I was wrong! ^_^

This stroy was beautifully written, wonderfully executed, perfectly portrayed, and it did, if I do say so myself, have the best ending - the Best last line, ever.

Praise the Gods for Happy Endings! XD

Really great story. I was always curious to find out how it would end considering this entire alternate ending. And I have to admit all very believable. I was even shocked when you let them live but continued to be true to Thetis' phrophecy and made sure that Achilles never returned home or saw his mother again. Great story, nice length, totally believable, just awesome!

Words cannot describe how SUPERB this fanfic is. I followed the movie perfectly. I LOVE how you used dialogue from the movie and the ending was GREAT! I was wodering if you would still have Paris slay his lover. WONDERFUL!!! I'm at a loss for words. I loved every word of it!!!!
