Well, the sex is hot!
But I am more a Patroclos fan than a Paris one. Paris is just sooo... the first time I heard about the Illiad I made jokes about his stupidy (sp?). I still can only sigh at him and shake my head not understandihy hhy he is THAT way.
Poor Patroclos! Treated as if his love meant nothing... go play with your toys! As if... Achilles gave him his wants and dre.. a.. ahan han denies him as if he were still a child. Before Pat was at least a lover if not allowed to be a warrior. Afterwards ha was nothing at all: "You are not a Myrmidon, yet," as Achilles say shortly before the landing. I hurt for poor Patroclos. That he dies was inevitable. Now comes the true tragedy because Achilles still loved him as a cousin even if he betrayed him as a lover. Pat could either react with depression and become suicidal or with agression like he learned from Achilles and attack. Pat wasn´t experienced enough for Hector.
Now... well, that is part of the great tragedy... Hectors death, Achilles death... it would be fitting... not some romantized nonsense like in the film (and in truth Patroclos was the grown up and Achilles pretty young when he came to Troy)...

I love your Paris, he so sweeet^^
But it's still a little bit sad that Paris put so much trust in Achilles' words, maybe deep inside he knew he had no one else to depend on now
