Yeah! More "Shades of Black!" Yeah!!

I really like the way you are slowly building up this story. But arrghh . . . I wish to know what happens next with this Shirah. Is she a descendent of the first Shirah but the same name or does the original Shirah still live.
So many questions.
Patiently waiting.
. . .
Really.

This is an excellent story!! The plot is a credibontiontinuation of CoR and the characterizations are wonderful. Riddick's ambivalence about relationships, responsibility and his destiny is beautifully done. I especially like Vaako; I thought there was a spark of humanity in him during the movie, and you saw it, too. Your concept of the Furyan history and social structure is interesting as well. I look forward to seeing more of your work. And thank you for posting!

Hello there, I've read your previous SS/HG stories and as I was filtering through I noticed this one. The story must have grabbed your attention as it is a different line of story than your usual. I love the movie Pitch Black, and though I haven't seen the Chronicles of Riddick, I have seen the indepth review and behind the scenes on it and was able to follow your story through that. As usual you have a wonderful story telling ability with just enough action to suit Riddick and just enough heart to not too too OOC. My dad once asked me when I started liking action movies, I told him, since they starttarrtarring Vin Diesel. Great story so far!

I really really like your story. You can tell you read the book. All that little extra information carefully itegrated to make the story seem to naturally fit righ. A. And of all the stories I've read, this one seems to flow the best as a continuation. I can believe that it is the true next chapter. My only quibble is I'm not generally fond of OC. But you have done a good job with her. But I'm also a Riddick/Kyra fan and I'm worried you may not go that way. But why am I complaining? It's your story. And it's quite good at that. So keep up the good work. I'll keep reading.
