I love this story! It's sad that there is only one Dragon heart fic. This is really well done and ties into the movie well. Almost seems like it is a deleted scene or something and it makes a lot of sense. Great job!

You have made David's (argueably) least sexy character into something semi-hot. Way to go!
Really enjoyed this. It played in nicely with the movie.

This is exactly what I was thinking when I first saw this movie. I had planned on writing something like this, but you beat me to it! You didn't stray away from Einon's character,it seemed just like something he would do.
I am,by the way, a huge Einon fan. I loved David Thewlis in this movie because usually,he plays as such a good guy,but in DragonHeart,he played a total bastard!
This is a very refreshing DragonHeart fic. Every other fic I come across, there is always the unknown last female dragon or something to that effect.
Well,ta ta for now. Good job on the fic and I expect to see more stories like this from you.

I really enjoyed that. I thought their relationship was interesting but it was almost completely left out of the film. This was an important scene and i'm glad you shared it. Thanks!

I just simply wanted to say that I thought your story was very well-written and interesting. I think your tone was perfect and tasteful on a subject that could have very easily been mishandled. Funny thing, if you've ever read the book "Dragonheart" what you have written is exactly what the book implies happened. It also puts more into the Bowen and Kara aspect of the story. If you're ever interested, I think you could write a wonderful fan fiction on Kara's feelings and guilt when she finds herself coming to care for Bowen. I've attempted it myself, but I'm afraid I don't write nearly so well as you. Once again, I loved your story! Sorry if I rambled. I have a tendency to do that.

I have to say that I loooooooooove your story. It's perfectly in tune with the film itself and since I'm obsessed with Einon (don't ask why *lol*), I'm was particularly happy that Einon wasn't made into more of monster than he already is and that you didn't kill him off :) I haven't come across any Dragonheart fan fiction but I love what you've written and I hope all Dragonheart fan fiction I come across will be as tasteful as yours. Have a nice day and may writer's block never cross your path ;)
