Hello,
To use one of the clichés-- I am completely in love with your 'Blue Flames and Old Scars'.
You've paid attention to all the little details that make up Liz and Red and elaborated on them perfectly, which gives your story great credibility and it has this sorta real feel to it. Maybe you've watched the DVD bonus material, eh?
Heart-wrenching rendition of HB's inner turmoil, I must say, and how you show Liz's affection for him is just spot on.
This story was adorable, sad, happy, funny, dramatic and sexy all at once, and that's a great thing to be able to achieve. Go, Kora!
Bottom line-- I don't think I'll be writing the smutfic for Liz and HB that I was contemplating, because you just painted the perfect picture of their first time, and it included everything
that I'd figured their first time should have, every emotion, every fear and every happy moment, and every steamy little, toe-curling description-- steamy, yet never, ever tasteless.

PS: Read another one called Planes of Red, and as much as I loved that one, the author had chosen to give our hero a half-stone penis-- which sounds downright painful if you ask me. What was that all about?
