So, I go off for a few weeks and come back to find all bloody hell's broken loose: the baby killed, Valentine & Richard killed, Gillette killed... my god, woman, blood everywhere!!! When Valentine went for Jenny, I cried out "NOOO!" so loud I woke up my sleeping daughter. Well written, though, every bloody paragraph... I'm so sad for Jack and Jenny, so proud of Patience, and just can't imagine what you'll come up with next. WOW!

A great testament to your writing is your ability to trigger emotion and I was set back on my heels by the last few chapters. I can appreciate Jenny's despair and I'm looking forward to watching them heal together, hopefully even more closely then before. Ironically, my baby's name was Jack! Keep writing please.

NOOOOOO!!!!!! How could you, you heartless wench?! Girl, that was perfectly tragic! Oh, where do you go now? Does this mean Jenny will be back aboard the Pearl? I can not imagine the pain poor Jenny is feeling- please go easy on here for awhile! Have to admit you got me that time. Just keeps us comin' back for more, eh? Good job, deary.
