I loved this. Stephen and Jack are one of my favorite pairings. *le-sigh* You put in great detail and made it realistic. You are a potential writer and I hope you write more stories.

Whew! I need a cigarette and a shower...wait I don't smoke. or bathe. j/k! That was pretty damn hot, more so because it was realistic, I am glad you chose to remain historically accurate, and i thought the laudanum was interesting. Delicious language, thanks so much!

That was absolutely excellent!!! Please, you must write a sequal perhaps with the concequences of their actions. Something like how they deal with what they've done and their feeling for one another.
