Do you have any idea how great this story is? Just to make sure you do, let me say that you have a terrific writing style, awesome characterization, manage to fit fantasy into history, and write hot, steamy love scenes without ever once refering to a character by their hair and/or eye color. I'm dumbfounded. I love this story and series so much. Thank you for putting so much thought into your work, it really shows.

Beautiful, original, informed story that is also incredibly hot. ;) But what may be the best thing about it: there's more. Thanks, Jes

Everything about this story was great… plot, writing, character portrayals... Everything. Loved all four titles in this series.

LOL for the parrot explination. Love it.

Anyway, this is a great story. But why did you separate this series into a bunch of short stories instead of putting it as one?

Thanks for the comments, folks. :-)

(Oy, I am not much in love with the lack of a direct comment-reply feature here. Livejournal's conversation-friendly format has spoiled me.)

I posted the Moonverse stories separately because they were written as distinct, individual stories, which just happen to form a single arc within a series. The POV varies from story to story, and the point of each one is unique to itself. 'Tides' is a sequel to 'Full Moon'; 'Drowning' is a sequel to 'Tides'; 'Currents' is a sequel to 'Drowning.' Putting them up as chapters of the same story felt a bit inaccurate.
