I do find this story somewhat interesting. It's well written and I like that.
However... I hate to say it, but your OC is a Mary Sue. First sign: the eyes. Why do they have to be purple? Second sign: Raised and speaks with dolphins. Third sign: the unusual name. Fourth sign: her beauty. I could list more reasons, but I think you get my point.

This does not mean I complety dislike the story though. I think you have an interesting idea here, and your writing skills are good. The only thing that bothers me is the OC, but that might just be me. Some people like this kind of OC, I'm just one of those that doesn't.

BAH! She isn't a Mary-Sue! If anyone says so that's their opinion.....I like it so far. Update soon!

At this point I'm hoping Epsilon manages to get away from people and back to the dolphins. Humans are cruei and untrusworthy and now it seems that even the delicious Captain Jack is being pretty stupid.
