Oh my, what a delicious lemon! I love these two so much =^.^= I wish I was here earlier, say 2005 when you wrote the story to have a chance to catch you here, just to say, write more of those, they're wonderful.

I can also taste a little something like copper, or a penny. He probably coughed up more blood before he came up. I try not to think about the fact that he's dying while we're doing this. It makes me want to cry a little.

Backdraft is the term you are after.
I actually quite liked that. There is a sad lack of chastine PWP in the fandom, so thank you very much for this. I love the bit where Chas can taste blood but is trying so hard to ignore the significance of it. I had to giggle where he's admitting to himself that he would let John fuck him on the cab in the middle of the street, and enjoy the ride, cause we all know it is so true.

ICKY!!! Fluff isn't my thing. It should have had a fluff side note for the story thogh. Other than that it was good. I have a suggestion before you write another peice however. Read alot of what you are going to be writing. I find it makes it alot easier to think aboout it and visualize the actoins and details-claps loudly- you should have made this a multi-chappie fic though would have kept me in suspense

I think the term you were searching for the title was back draft. But yeah it doesn't really matter. You explained it. Good story. Even though I'm not really a John/Chas fan, you made it bearable. Thanks!
