call me a perv but i like it! laddie appears in way too few stories and was kinda underrepresented in the movie too....i always wondered about his POV of their 'rescue', since he seemed to like the boys+ his life with them...i bet he was totally mad once he realized what had happened...

But this made me smile...a lot...and for a very long time...and I'm still smiling...I should stop it....

I wasn't sure what I was going to think about this, but you proved me wrong...a very concrete start, and some very cute bits before the buildup with the main action, which was very sensual and not at all distasteful. I like that you had Dwayne fully aware of the consequences, as well, and that Laddie was as enthusiastic as it was. It worked very well, otherwise it would have come off as something totally different. You did a great job taking the time to build up how everything fit togther, and I really /love/ the anasthetic vampire spit reasoning. A lot of people have used that gimmick but I've never seen it explained so well, that truly is a shining paragraph right there. And it fits right in to the action and doesn't distract from the mood. My only advice would be that you seem to go on a few tangents here and there that distract a little from the action...I think those bits can still fit into the story, it may just be a matter of reordering paragraphs (I end up doing it to my own work all the time). Very strong characters, you took a potentially explosive idea and turned it into something lovely. Out of all that I've read by you, I think this one is your strongest.
