Can't wait till the next chapter. I wonder what Riddick is up to in turning out the lights to help Vaako trust him? Please update soon.

Two awesome chapters! Really liked that Riddick and Vaako didn't do everything in one night. As for terminology, sweetie, don't sweat it. My boyfriend teased me about using 'cock' instead of 'penis'. We had a very bizarre conversation about male anatomy and what you call it. One of those conversations you can't believe you're actually having. He says he calls it 'his dick'. I said that's Batman's sidekick, and it pretty much went from there. Depending on the character, though, I do label it differently. ;-) Sometimes it's a dick, sometimes it's his maleness. I try to think of the comfort zone of the character I'm writing the pov scene in because different words can change the overall atmosphere of the scene. Anyway, what's with the cliffhanger!? I feel it's not going to bode well for our Vaako!

This is definately the best Riddick fic i've read so far. i love pairing Riddick and Vaako together, they're so perfect. you also did an awsome job of keeping true to the characters. Dame Vaako is still power hungry and manipulative. Vaako is still loyal to his faith and craving of reconition and real affection. And Riddick is still... well, Riddick. there is no other way to describe him. it was only natural that Dame Vaako would attempt to seduce Riddick. you also have continued to use Dame Vaako's use of her husband's strength to the faith. i love the return of the Hell Hounds. i'm an animal lover and it's just so fitting that Riddick comand an army of leathal soldiers and lead a pack of vicious animals, showing his human and primitive side at the same time. and his value of loyalty. they are deffinately a match for the night monsters. it was too cool how you had that one Hell Hound be close enough to Riddick to sense his masters mate. back to the trust issue. Riddick's responce was totaly in character. the you went and brought back that god forsaken planet. LOVE IT. totally original and the perfect punishment for backstabbing traitors (even though Vaako wasn't one). i was disapointed in the insanity of the Dame but it it was a good twist. i personally loved Dame Vaako. her character was so well developed and the actress deserves an award for her preformace. however her end was befitting. writers rarely depict the mental wounds of such dramatic events, thanks for doing that. probably the best part of your whole fic is Riddick not revealing his abilities as a Lord Marshal till that critical moment. beautiful. i am looking forward to what happens and i'm definatly hoping for a little more Riddick/Vaako action.
