Wow. This is better than I had thought it would be. There was very little about the movie that inspired me, but I am very glad it did you. The last chapter really made me smile, I loved how he simply stopped being a victim and took control. Your Jim is much more satisfying than the original movie end.

Ahhh I love this. I love how you made it seem real with the little bits like... how West looked like he lived in a lavatory. Jim's thoughts make me laugh, btw. it's hilarious while still being really awful. I like how the fic isn't *too* overdramatic and depressing, because that always feels false to me.
