Yikes. A post and several reviews got eaten. Ah well.

Shan- I haven’t seen you at the other sire lately. Hope all is well.

Sarkywoman- Thank you. I tried to make it believable considering the subject matter and it being very AU.

Rian- I think Xan and Obi have both matured. Let’s hope they remember that once face-to-face again. Lol

Lori- Sorry to distract you. ;) I’m praying I can bring this all to a very satisfying conclusion.

Ha! I loved it. Garen should be on his hands and knees thanking Obi and Xan for teaching Bruck so much. Learning the difference between being sexual and being sensual is a HUGE step. I can't wait to see how well Garen is able to put this new knowledge to work. :p

It's been days?!?!?! That was a shocker. Well....maybe not. Xani needs to show Obi that he won't be dictated to, but I bet it's been killing him to be apart from now that Obi has confessed his love.

I couldn't be happier about where this story is going! I'm really looking forward to finding out what the necklace says.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I promised myself that I was going to stay fanfic free until all of my Christmas sewing was done, but I just couldn't stay away from this story!

Sigh...even though the tension was high, the love these two have for one another came shining through. I love how at peace Obi was and how vulnerable he was willing to be for Xan. Perfect!

I can't wait for Xani's response.

You da (wo)man! :p

I'm already smiling at what Xan's reaction will be when he realizes that Obi-Wan just told him he loved him. I thought the entire exchange was very mature of Obi-Wan. He accepted his role in the events so far. This has all been a good (humbling) experience for Xan. He's so used to being in control and Obi-Wan really shook things up since entering his life. Now everything lies in Xan's lap. Hopefully he handles it a little better than the last time he was given this opportunity. Great job!

You know - as silly as it sounds, I felt the need to review this chapter here. A sort of farewell to this site - as yours was really the only reason I stopped by :D

I loved that Qui and Obi came to some semblence of peace. Though it is a bit sad that they will never be what they were meant to be - the reason for it is obvious. I'm so glad Qui humbled himself and admitted that he was in the wrong. They were just words, but acknowledging his role in Obi's traumatic childhood at the very least allowed Obi to move on.

At this point I think Xan would do anything for Obi - but he wont like relocating to Coruscant and i'm sure he'll make that known ;-)

Can't wait for what comes next. Catch you at the other site for the rest of this (or what remains of it).

This is such a good story. Problems are realistic, not just resolved with a wave of the force.

Bruck isn't as fragile as everyone thought...glad to hear it!

Purrrrr! A pissed off Obi who has already decided that he'll take Xani back. He's gonna bring him to his knees before this is all over. (Whew, I just got the dirtiest mental visual on that.) But, Obi should have to do a little crawling himself. Xan has been committed to Obi from almost the start. Sure, Xan let him leave, but Obi came up with the idea. They are two peas in a pod!

First rate! (I'm visiting thesaurus.com for more accolades :p )

Obi's coming around, but...Xan wanted to move on with the relationship before they went to Telos. He put the offer out there and Obi-Wan didn't accept it. So Telos was justified. He never let Xan know what he wanted either. So Obi-Wan also needs to realize that this isn't all Xan's fault. *stepping down from my soapbox*

I'm really looking forward to the upcoming dynamics of this duo. Technically, you could have Obi-Wan show up tomorrow and all be forgiven...hence end of story. But I don't think you're going to do that. ;)

By the way, I never mentioned...I really liked when you had Obi-Wan disgusted with Qui-Gon having an inappropriate relationship with his apprentice...especially since most slash fics involve Obi/Qui or Obi/Ani. I know, it's a late comment, but I wondered if you thought of that at the time.

Lori- You’re making me blush! The reunion won’t happen as easily as some may like. But it is on its way.

Rian- Humbled Xan? Hummm…. This is certainly my favorite pairing and I wouldn’t be adverse to doing another if the right plot came along.

Shan- I think both our boys are doing a lot of growing up. Hopefully it won’t change them so much they no longer connect. Lol

Sarkywoman- Bewitching! Yay me! Welcome and thanks so much for popping in.

A tortured Xan is nearly as delectable as a tortured Obi - this is superbly done angst, girl! :D Xan has the entire temple on edge.

Wonderful emotional play here for Xan - I could easily understand and feel all of the emotions that he went through, such a wide range in a such a small span of time. Thankfully Eitan was there to make him see reason - and that his next move was being watched by Obi and could very well determine the fate of their relationship.

It was noticeably hard for Xan to walk away and I felt for him. Only the fact that I know it will eventually pay off for him had me smiling when this post ended.

The final surrender will be very sweet indeed, for both of these stubborn boys.

Xan is obviously very used to getting what he wants, when he wants it. I suspect his whole experience has been a bit humbling for him. It's nice to see him focusing on Obi needs, instead of his own wants.

Wondefully done, Adair.
