I really like how Obi-Wan realizes that he and Bruck can't give each other what they need. I think he's really going to need Xan when he gets to Corsucant. He can cry on Bruck's shoulder all he wants, but Xan can lend him strength as well.

By the way, I don't mind reading slash fics, but never had a favorite slash pairing...until now. However, so many Obi/Xan fics are forced/torture. I can't find any others that are consensual. I also like your fic because it deals with the serious emotional aspects of two men in love, not just sex. At any rate, don't worry about the mush, it sets yours apart.

Eitan?! Now that was surprise, but a pleasant one.

Nice chemistry in the friendship between the two. He obviously knows Xan well and is bold enough not to take any of his crap.

I'm looking forward to everyone meeting up on Coruscant ;-) Should be interesting.

Something also tells me that Yoda and Obi-Wan will come face to face as well, though I'm curious if Obi-Wan will actually go anywhere near the Temple.

So glad Xan is finally on his way. What a dreadful state he was in!

Eitan Delano!!!!!! I spent a good part of my weekend reading your series based on his character. All of those threads were locked, so I'm thrilled to have this chance to tell you how much I ADORE Eitan! His death, with Luke and Leia at his side, almost had me in tears...and Force Ghost Eitan glaring at Ani had me laughing my tushy off. Fantastic job!

Poor Xani...drowning in a bottle. :-( I can't wait to watch the fireworks over Courscant!

My heart is really starting to break for Bruck. He's going to be devastated when it really hits him that he's only a receptacle for Obi's love for Xani. Poor kid...

Damn that stubborn Xanatos! Then again, the angst that has been brought about by his stubborn pride is absolutely addictive to read :) I'm loving it.

I liked the glimpse into the the past. Obviously Aalto knew, even then, that Bruck had feelings for Obi-Wan. I wonder if Obi will get to see any of his other agemates.

And of course - I am very much wondering how Xan is faring in these first few days of seperation.
