Can't wait for the next chapters. This story is so awesome. I have been recommending it to some people on fanfiction.net. I can't wait to see what surprises you have in store for us.

(My original comments about Part 17.)
It was intense. It was powerful. It was well done. You should be proud of yourself.
Padme’s demise was inevitable.
I was surprised that despite Vader’s earlier threats, he made it relatively fast and painless for her. Perhaps it was his one obeisance to their past. He had loved her so much that perhaps in the end he really could not bring himself to inflict a lot of added torture. It is also possible that he was so broken-hearted and in such a conflicted rage at the time that it would have been too painful for him to keep her around much longer to torment.
Padme understood what she was getting when she married Anakin Skywalker – a troubled, damaged young man capable of terrible atrocities. I believe that she thought that she could “fix” him, or, at the very least, provide enough love and stability to keep him in check. Unfortunately, the war happened. It made him even more bitter, angry, and disillusioned and kept him separated from her for long periods. They were doomed from the beginning. Unfortunately, they took the entire galaxy with them.
I find it interesting that Vader, basically, just finishes what was started on Mustafar. Now, however, he has first-hand evidence of her treachery, and can go on now, free from any guilt. As he says, “there would be no more dreams. No more torment. No more thoughts of how things could have been better - because they could not have been. Padme would be dead and I would have peace in my darkness.”
I think that the fact that he is dismissing the children in his mind is consistent with his thought process at the moment (if you can call what he’s doing thinking.) He is so disappointed in Padme and their relationship that he does not want anything to do with her children. As he has already said to himself, “Love. Another flaw of the human mind. Just as useless and intangible.”
I think you’ve done a great job. I do wonder, now, though, what changes you were planning for this chapter. I admit, you’ve got me curious.
