I like your story. I especially like that the sisters give orders to their cats, and they obey them. The only thing that I find a little 'off' is the speech patterns that you have given to the knights. The use of modern slang, like 'buddy' wasn't used in the movie. And, I think that Tristan would be more likely to claim his sister as his woman, rather than fiance. I don't think that any soldier in the fort would have messed with Tristan's woman, do you?
