Just found this story and I love it. I love the Riddick/Vakko pairing. And I love how you had Riddick bring the hell hounds back from crematorium with him. Have you considered doing a sequel?

OMG! ! ! You have no idea how happy I am to have found this story again! There are so few good CoR fanfics out there and this was one of 3 that I love! I was SO depressed when a different website that I used to visit where this was posted was taken down and I was covinced that I would NEVER be able to read this wonderful, wonderful fanfic ever again! So you can imagine how HAPPY I am to have found it again at this site! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING IT HERE! ! !

Wow... How come I have never seen this story before? I mean, I have been strolling around pitch black section and not once I have seen this story or heard of it. Neither way I LOVE IT! My eyes did not leave the computer screen while I was reading this. GREAT JOB MAN!

Eeeeeee.
I'm rereading this for the seventy millionth time. It's just as good this time around if not better.
I JUST realized that Karl Urban was in this. I've been obsessed with him ever since I watched Star Trek...four times. ^-^;;
He's very yummy in all that black armor and I've got this image of Vin and Karl just sliding all over each other....it gets hard to breath sometimes. :D

I had to come back and read this for the third time even though I haven't forgotten anything what happened in it.
It's just so good, so well written, with perfect portraying of characters and with such a beautiful undercurrent through the whole story. Like syrup or honey, sticky and sweet, like orange and yellow and red; Such warmth and comfort, that you just want to wrap it around yourself and sink into it and never leave.
This story is just amazing.

Chapter nine was beautiful and painful. From the beginning to the ending, simply marvelous.
The POV-changes were fun and they paced the story well :)
I loved the idea and wording in the beginning, where he thought his heart as a simple muscle, that pumped blood in the rythm of "mine, mine, mine". That was almost poetic ^-^
I also loved all the little things that proved to Vaako that Yur's dreams were false - all the memories that centered on Riddick. It was brilliantly portrayed :)
And then there were the litlle hints that just kept on tingling and tickling in the back of my head even after the part was over and done with.
I just LOVE your writing!! You are awsome ^-^
And I thank you for gracing us with your writings :)
Off to reading the last part,
