Holy crappola...I can't believe I never reviewed this...I'm so sorry!! This is one of the best Star Wars fiction series I've ever read, and you deserve to be praised and gushed about...I mean...DAMN...This is probably the only series where I declare that I love Anakin/Padme together. :) Normally, getting me to admit that would be like pulling teeth.
...But, then again, this IS supposed to be a much darker version of their relationship. George Lucas wouldn't dream of going anywhere near this type of relationship. It's dark, and hot, and dramatic, and just...obsession never sounded so good. :) It's funny: while you know that it could have never happened this way...the way you wrote it was so real and genuine, that I could totally picture all of this happening in the movies. Like, deleted NC-17 scenes. ::smirk::
So, yes, much love and praise to you, dear author! It's rare that a fic can make me squirm, breathless and willing to read it ALL in one sitting. (I couldn't, but damn, if I didn't try...) You are one fantabulous, brilliant writer, and I look forward to more of your work!!

i'm new to the star wars/ anakin-padme fandom and i must say: your stories were amoung the first i read and now i'm ruined for life. tons other stories are too cotton candy sweet for me compaired to yours. thank you.

I absolutely loved it the first and the second. I always thought as well that there was little more to Anakin and Padame' than was ever explored on screen. He was just far to arrogant, and superior, and angry to have courted her like a love sick little puppy. Keep up the good work, I'm anxious to find out why she left and what will happen when he finds her again, because of course he will, and what role Obi Wan played in the whole thing.

I am usually not very good about sending feedback because I ususally print stories out and read them when I don't have the chance to be online - but your entire series that includes "Succumb"/"The End Justifies the Means" was just so well written that I had to make a point to write to you.

I am new to this fandom, but have been active in others for years. Imagine my surprise to find such a wonderful fan fic series right out of the gate. Unfortunately, there isn't alot of fic to choose from for this ship - but hopefully that will change. In any fandom this is a well written fic. The level of emotions you take both Anakin and Padme' too are amazing. And it is consistant with so many things that could be there under the surfaces of the characters we know. It was a joy having the opportunity to see different scenes from both of their POV.

I don't blush easily - believe me, I have been beta-ing adult level fic for a while. But I can tell you that more then once, especially in this story, I had to stop and catch my breath. And in this medium, I can think of no finer compliment. You put us in the moment with the characters and that is the sign of true talent.

I look forward to reading more from you in the future.

I cannot find the words to describe how amazing this piece of work is--unbelievable. I just finished reading your wonderful 'saga' of stories and I registered on this site JUST so I could tell you how awesome these stories are. They are truly breathtaking-->so tastefully erotic! I completely enjoy the dark side of Anakin--no pun intended. I am just going to stop because I tend to blab on and gush over stories I love. I hope you continue to write more star wars fics *hint hint* Thank you for these amazing stories!!

I wish, wish, wish you could have written the Anakin/Padme scenes in AotC and RotS. It would have been so much better. Actual chemistry. Actual passion.

A wonderful read, through and through. Very well written, what with the in-depth explorations of each moment and Anakin's reasoning. I feel almost sorry for him, seeing as how his natal circumstances are majorly skewing up his thoughts and motives. Somehow though, it still does not justify the coercion. "No matter how hard you try not to, you will lose her.” -a very appropriate quote. It is the bittersweet ending I love the most. Although, is the last chapter supposed to only comprise of a Shakespearan quote? The rest of the chapter isn't showing up.
