Hurry...J/E sooo close!! Write *cracks whip* WRITE!

Well goodness me! That chapter really heated things up, very exciting. Well-written and you're dong an excellent job with the characters' inner thoughts. My absolute favorite part being Jack's confrontation with Norrington. It was so much fun to read him guaging Jack's reactions to the news of Elizabeth's recent marriage. Plus, you did a fantastic job of writing Jack during that scene - his pauses and body language were so much more telling than any admission of desire for Elizabeth would have been. And that subtle little 'well well..' at the end was just lovely. Oh the angst! I love it.

Please, miss, I want some more :)

Just catching up on this story - chapter 3 - I really enjoyed your chracterization of Barbossa. And liked the part where you mentioned Elizabeth began to 'dislike him less...'. He certainly was sniffing around! Also nice was how you brought up the fact that the compass wouldn't work for Jack. Why? Look forward to how your story addresses that, if you so chose.

Aw, a chapter dedicated to me and Ladypirate! And yet I was such a lackadaisy reader and missed your updates for about a week! Sorry! I loved how you brought Norrington in - I have a huge thing for Jack and a little something for Norrington as well, you see! But nevermind that, I loved how Jack was being all pirate-y and took the ship right under the Commodore's nose. All very exciting and well-done and leaves me excited for more.

Another great chapter. You seem to have Jack down very well. Looking forward to your next installment.

Really good story, true to the characters! I eagerly await more!
