Wow. What a stunning beginning! I love how thoroughly you have thought about and explained how the minor differences in their lives turned them from the men we know in the movies to the confused not-quite-Jedi and the even more confused sexually-used former-slave. I love it so far! Please continue when you can- I understand the Darth-Real-Life thing. I had a year-and-a-half hiatus between updates that I only broke this week.

Oh, those pesky needed credits! You must be unbelievably busy. I'm glad you finally got some time to do something for you!
This chapter was very well done. You can really feel Anakin's wonder at everything new he's experiencing. At the end when he sees the ocean for the first time -- something inside just kinda melted. Adorable. And now, young AgriCorps Padawan, your new life of much happy-osity begins!
Continued good luck with the necessary time-eater that is school! Love the story muchly, good luck with the next chapter too :)

Ooh, wow! Nice chapter. I'd never really considered the implications of damaging a mental shield before.
Story is great.
I completely understand that real life comes before the story. I don't mind waiting for chapters if they're as good as this.

I completely understand what you mean in regards to college, real life and fanfics. Sadly, the three do not always correspond. Be of good cheer, though, because your fic will still be waiting for you after finals and those who adore it (i.e, me) will still be here to root for you.
