Just re-read this for the third time and it's still amazing, absolutely amazing.

Now THAT was the most erotic and sensual story I've ever read! Especially the part when Jack out his head on her should and she was stroking his back.....*sigh*

i loved it! i like how you work with the fact that elizabeth in COTBP is indeed innocent still, essentially a girl in a woman's body. jack was perfect with her. lovely fic. :)

This is without a doubt the BEST Island fic that I've read to date, and I have read quite a few. I've been a J/E fan since Curse of the Black Pearl and the hostage scene with Jack and Lizzie. Dead Man's Chest just intensified that feeling. Anyway, I LOVE this fic. It's both creative and well written. You actually pay attention to spelling, punctuation, and grammar. That is my biggest quibble with most fics. I spend most of my time correcting errors in my head rather than actually reading/enjoying the fic. Additionally, Jack and Lizzie were in character. The use of Homer's Odyssey to tell the tale was ingenious. I LOVE how Jack and Lizzie pretend to be the princess and the sailor (well, pirate)and never really admit they're doing anything other than playing roles. It is also neat how sexy you made this without Lizzie ever truly losing her virginity. Jack also acted the part of the gentlemen (Which, we all know he is underneath that roguish exterior) by preserving her for marriage, but he still allowed her to experience her sexual awakening. My favorite line is when Lizzie say "That seems safe enough", and Jack replies "You said that an hour ago" to the use of her hands to deal with his arousal. That was sexy and amusing simultaneously. All in all this fic was sweet and innocent and incredibly hot and sensual at the same time. That's a tough tightrope to walk, and I must say you did it beautifully. Congrats!!!!

I LOVE this..have read several times and sent links to people. Is wonderful and sensual, erotic, clever, respectful and brilliant. Jack is jack, she is Elizabeth and yet you have woven a story that encompasses them both in more. is just great *claps*
