Silk is awesome!! I paid a compliment to one author who then told me about this site and I can't seem to get enough! Silk is perrrrfectly written and Jack and 'Lizabeth are hot together as I knew they would be. I wait patiently for the next chapter. Excellent story. Sexy, hot, Exciting, and getting very dangerous with a drunken Will sculking about the Pearl. Hurry! Write!!

I really enjoyed chapter 5, I love the fact that you search for authentic facts to put in your stories, it's nice to learn new things through a fictional work. Yes, do continue to post your character's thoughts, Stephen King does this as well and it's one of the reasons his work is so appealing, it helps the reader to understand the characters and what motivates them to do what they do. I'm looking forward to chapter 6. :-)

I am thoroughly enjoying your story, Silk. You have an exceptional talent for keeping the characters true to their on-film persona, while taking the story where so many of us wish it would go.... Repeatedly I am impressed with your ability to give Jack comments or thoughts that keep his character right on target. First, his dialogue sounds like Jack - not the stereotypical pirate with the "Arrhs" and "Matey" that are so common in other fanfiction. Frequently I feel like it is Barbossa romancing Elizabeth instead of Jack! Your writing perfectly illustrates his movements, expressions and words. Some of my favorites are:
"Didn't see that coming, came the distant thought in his brain, and then his hands were up and around her"
"M'often on deck. It's my ship."
"Was not. Couldn't see a bloody thing," he smirked at her
"Are you positive you know what you're doing, or do you want to fight some more?"
The erotic parts are fabulous. The details are sexy and steamy - without being crass or sickenly sweet. You have an awesome talent. I will continue to check your site daily for updates. Thanks for sharing....
