It is so good to see an update here. It was...
Gods, I want to say it was wonderful, but GODS...you took away my CHOCOLATE. Do you have any idea how long it took me to read that. It took me 5 minutes to realize I stopped mid sentence and just stared at the screen because I didn't want to read about him dying, especially in Nala's arms. But I did get through it. I won't say I wasn't crying, but I did manage to read it. And then I started crying more when Sya said she had to leave him.
Then when the little bastard backhanded her. GRRRRRRRR!. Vek wanted some words with the boy. He's lucky he made up for it, or Vek might have jumped outta my story just to give him the ass kicking he deserves.
Then, the very end, you have me hopeful. Hopeful, and waiting for another update.

Now that was quite a riveting chapter. Sad too, but that only goes to show how good your writing is. Poor Dhy, he had the misfortune of being the one who was most outward of wanting to be close to Nala, and thus, it was not to be. The new guy is also interesting, I wonder how he will fit into all this in the future.
