*snif!* Beautiful story! *starts crying again* It's one of the berst stories I've ever read! *snif!* Very sad though...
If you write a sequel, can I come along to rescue Liz?

Oh...my...God - you just completely ruined the story! Ha ha, just kidding! Wow. I actually had tears in my eyes there, and I'm not exactly an overly-emotional kind of person, so well done you. This fic is one of the very best J/E fics I have read, it's hard to believe you are not a 'Sparrabether'. Maybe that's why it was such a refreshing read, I don't know. I did not even dislike Will in this one, which is a rarity. I am so relieved that you are writing a sequel! I eagerly anticipate the next installment... :O)

Great fic. sad, but wonderful!

Do you know what's funny? At the moments when Jack was in agony I was actually picturing John Wilmot b/c that's a movie where we get to see Johnny Depp act out that kind of emotion.

I really, really, really, really, REALLY hope you write a sequel to this. I'm taking it that "up river" means going to see Tia Dalma? I would love to read a sequel that mirrors Jack going to find Lizzie the way Lizzie is going to find Jack in AWE. Pleeeeeease write a sequel!

You're a great writer and as I've said before, it's nice to see some mature writing. You and a few other authors on here have that special talent and it's refreshing to see.

... I can't explain in words how much I loved this story, and your Jack is so dead on. I'm about to cry now, the ending was sad, and I hope Jack will be able to see Lizzie and tell her he loves her.

I’m not really sure why it was so hard to keep the POV consistent in this story... but chalk it up to me being too lazy to go back and fix it *winces for admitting that* Haha.
