Yes, Lizzie is finally free! Poor Jack. :( Elisabeth should really care for him.
I'm a little confused about the timeline of your story: You said Will died in the wedding night, right? But they most have been near India at this time. I must admit that I'm quite bad with geograhy, but it would have taken them a while to get from Jamaika to India. So did they get married on the ship?
And you said Jack hasn't seen Mr and Mrs Turner who two years (or did I misunderstand that?), but Lizzie is with Arafat for only six months. Where was she before?
I hope you don't mind me asking. I'm just a little confued.

It's so typical Jack to change the rescue story for his crew, escaping 30 men all alone instead of 3 men by chance sounds so much better. :D I would really like to know who or what safed them. I love mysteries. It was very nice of Elisabeth to let Jack tell a story for which his crew will admire him. And it's noble of him not to tell her he was willing to die for her. Like Lizzie said: He's a good man after all. I feel sorry for Elisabeth because she misses Will so much.
Thanks for clearing up my confusion. You're right, running off to get married on sea totally fits for Elisabeth. It would be a symbol for her future life free from the restrictions of sociaty.
