Whoa! It is about time that someone saw the potential in a character like Barbossa, and then displayed it as well as you have! I am now so totally hooked on B/E, and it's all thanks to your incredible story! Please keep writing! I wish this were a movie! I'm a Sparrabether, and it was getting just a tish bit stale...but this...WOW! (By the way, if you like, check out my J/E story "In The Nick of Time" or my Sleepy Hollow story, "The Inner Beast"...I think you see Barbossa the way I saw the Hessian in Sleepy Hollow, and that's why I enjoy your story so much!) Again, please keep writing...and I'm just dying to know what you see when you're writing these sex scenes, what does Barbossa's body look like? I love that this thing between he and Elizabeth goes beyond physical, but how about Lizzie, what's she appreciate about him physically? Oh, (I've just got so much to say about your story!)if you haven't had the pleasure of watching Geoffrey Rush in "Quills,", then you MUST do so!

Again, wonderful story! Let's here it for a sequel! Barbossa should "ride" again!;-)

Really liked the story! Those two were the real love story of 'Pirates'. Any more you wanna write, I'll be glad to read. :D

This fic was absolutely amazing, and although a little out of character for Elizabeth (to say the least) it was written exactly how I imagined their relationship could have been. Barbosa, while bereft of the boyish good looks of Orlando is dangerously sexy and you write him so. I hope if you write another one, and you should, he is the star. This was a bit of a conundrum for me. Firstly, I intensely dislike Elizabeth. But I really like Barbossa. Maybe moreso than Jack. Imagine my sitting here, trying to decide whether or not to brave it. Trying to figure out which was greater; my fondness for Barbossa or my dislike of Elizabeth. Nonetheless, I chose to read. And I handled it well. =) I didn't feel the normal revulsion for Liz. And Barbossa was just fine as far as character goings. I mean, he's not evil. He's just a pirate. And very, very good at being one.

Your sex scenes were nicely done. I'm always impressed and tend to take a story more seriously when they don't use crude terminology for body parts. Well done.

Now then. There's the matter of the lack of Barbossa fictions and Anarmaria fictions. I really liked your lemons. Do you see where this is going? =) Perhaps you or I could come up with something. >D

you know...this makes my second reading of this story and I guess it's because I'm bored and needing some 'intrique'. I really like elizabeth and barbossa together. it's good stuff. yum. you DO need to write more of it, girl.
