second reading...something in this really draws attention. but it could just be my preferences for barbossa...

i liked it, and i want more, how's that? :D

Bugger me backwards, if you'll excuse the expression, but that just so breath-takingly Barbossa-tastic...he's an interesting fellow but scandalously under-used in fanfics in general - the world needs a lot more well-written stories like this one. The characters were believable as the ones in the films and I liked the interplay between them...especially the development under Barbossa's bad influence of Elizabeth from being awkward and virginal, to manacle-weilding nympho... and at the same time the captain kind of sort of warming to her. All their dialouge was very nicely done too. Many thanks for posting this, I'll eagerly be watching out for a sequel or development, or anything else you write really!

wow. now, while someone else might find the idea of hector barbossa and elizabeth swann/turner a disgusting or disturbing one.....I actually loved this. hot damn. more barbossa/elizabeth, please!
