Wow, that was an interestingly random plot bunny... or so I thought at first. I'm glad I stuck with it because at first Mercer being there was way creepy, but in the end I got it, and it was beautiful. Over all, fabulously well written, and definitely worth the ending. Awesome. I'm sure other's have suggested continuing this, so I won't bother, although it did cross my mind. ;)
