I rather like the intensity of this story (which I remember reading previously on FanFiction.net), and your description of Warren joining in Will's solitary play was pretty hot. However, describing Warren's pre-cum as "animal lard" was not so hot. It kind of made it sound like he had disease or something. Perhaps a different description would be less jarring?
