so it starts during "Human Hunter 2" when Leena appears?

“Did he hear anything?” Shra’van stood up.

“The only thing he heard was Kul’vir saying ‘if you tell Sh’lok someone will die’.”

“Tell my father what?” Shra’van tried to remain calm, but he needed more answers. His mother would never be unfaithful to his father.

Do you talk about this? I think so.... Now there's only the question what Kayla and Kul'vir talked about and if she told Sh'lok. Maybe she wanted to tell him that she was pregnant, but not from Sh'lok. Or that she finally want to part from him and so the one who had to die was herself.

Ba’naj folded his arms as he watched her walking out of the females’ restroom. “Are you ok?”

“Just a little upset stomach,” she smiled. Ba’naj walked closer to her, peering into her curious eyes. He bent down to whisper in her ear.

“Sh’lok gave us permission and you still owe me a fucking,” he purred. Kayla stared at him a moment longer and smiled shyly before walking away. Ba’naj sniffed the air and chuckled.

“I will take that as a yes,” Ba’naj grunted to himself.

so from my point of view she was attracted to him then, but never said anything. I thought the part with Kul'vir saying in kayla's revenge that if she told someone then one of them will die, he was talking about her and banaj relationship. I could be wrong and maybe they were talking about the baby not being Sh'lock's, which means she was with him even before Sh'lok took Stef'na on as a mate... are you confused yet, lol
Looking over the story again I don't think Circle mentioned how long the affair was going on. Oh and I said Circle was a she. If you're a guy, my apology.

I really like your stories and I read them all. I think, the second mate thing is the reason, why Kayla had to die. For me, Sh`lok killed her. He found out about her and Banjai. He killed her out of fury or jealousy or maybe because he was not able to take the disgrace. Maybe she wanted to leave him, who knows. I don't think that Banjai or Leena killed her. Leena was his inofficial first mate. She had all what she wanted. Banjai cared to much for Kayla to kill her. Sorry for my bad english.

I forgot one question: when does that sexual relationship between Kayla and Ba’naj start? Was it before Sh'lok took Stef'na as his mate or after?

I think Kayla was with Ba'naj before he was with Stef'na because in the beginning she mentioned something about Kulvir talking to Kayla about it. I think it's near the end of chapter two. Damn I know this story better than my school work!

Man, they should have just made Kayla the exception to the rule of no multiple mates for females, since everyone she gets close to just wants to be with her. Kul'vir, Ga'gan, Sh'lok, Maha'vin, and now Ba'naj. It really is interesting to hear a supposedly old guy like Ba'naj talk about Kayla in a way where he puts her above his own mates. I'm really itching to see how everyone's reaction will be once it all comes out about the affair (sounded like Shra'van was pretty close to that truth in the second to last chapter) and what they'll think of Kayla and the kids she had with Ba'naj then. Again, doesn't seem like Sh'lok knew, cause I think he'd have killed (or died trying to kill) Ba'naj if he found out, which is again, kind of sad, and makes it seem like the guy really was out of touch with Kayla, despite promising to be good to her.

Oh well, so much to discuss, but don't want to take up too much more space here. Again, this story is one of my favorites here for good reason and I can't wait for it to continue. :)

I am so glad you updated. I can't wait for the next chapter. You always write an awesome chapter. I just can't help but wonder who killed Kayla. But I'm sure that's how you want it to be. Thank for updating.
