You're thinking of 'Leave Me Lying Here'. It's in the Jack/Will section under POTC stories. Just scroll down, it's near the top. It is one of my favorite stories in the fandom. The author is amazing, and she still updates once in a while.

it's on the first page of the jack/will section it's called 'leave me lying(sp?) here'
