Lemme tell you something. Fanfiction, no matter how you write it, no matter how hard you try to do your best, some people will never be happy with it. They will pick at it, rip it apart and grind it into the dirt, make you hate yourself that you even thought of writing it, all to make themselves feel better.
They have no remorse for what they do, and they have no concern for the consequences of their words. They will point out every little thing THEY think is wrong with it, and will put you down just for the fun of it.
Fanfiction is NOT written to please everyone who reads it...remember, you can please some of the people some of the time, but not all of the people all of the time. You took this story and made it your own. Fanfiction should be fun, taking a character and playing with them, and anyone who does so should not be judged by doing this...
True, you took Michael Myers's character and changed it, he is definitely out of character...true, your grammar, style and spelling could be better, but seriously, you took the character and did it your way...congratulations. If writing this fic makes you happy, then NO ONE has the right to rip it apart. Continue it...ignore the comments of those people who hate it and take joy from making it known. No one is perfect, some people just can’t see that.
Finally...maybe this will make you feel better.
