I'm glad you're back, I'll admit I was a bit worried. And with two chapters too!

Honey, don't let them get to you. You're a great writer and your story is one of the bright spots in my day as I await my son's return from Baghdad. My favorite uncle died on Thanksgiving as the family was wondering what was taking him so long to come to dinner. Life is hard. You are not. You're entitled to your feelings, but don't let some sad little person tarnish your accomplishments. Keep up the good work.

I am immensely enjoying your fic. It is creative and pretty well written. There are not that many sam/barricade storys out there and the ones that are, are good, but relatively short. Author's can get bored quickly or run out of ideas at only a few chapters. It is really great that you are still adding too this story and are at 162 chapters as well. I read your 163 Chapter, that was not actually a chapter, and its awful that some people are being that rude. I only found this story a couple of days ago and I ended up reading all of it in one sitting. So thank you for thinking up this story and having the courage to write it on the internet for all too see. Please continue writing becuase I would be terribly disappointed if I didn't know the end of this great story.

I just got luckier but I spent my school days with no dates and no slow dances with boys as well, and my sexual knowledge was minimal until I met my current love. Oh and who the hell thinks that Cybertronians would get it on like mammals? Um NO! Seriously I spent 2.5 days reading your fic when I was not sleeping or having a meal. I took great super delight in it I swear it. I just hope that the new crazy guy is going to get welded to Starscream's aft. That would be funny as heck but I am also sure that SS can have worse fates for his idiotic behavior. You after all have author powers. Use them at will! Though I agree that the guy/girl/turtlewhatever slandering you is a total douche and am not saying that your anger is not misplaced, I think that by making it public knowledge about his activities, you are playing into his hands. Idiots like this are out for attention and you are giving it to him! Don't give in! Turn all that rage and anger (and, again, I agree that it is completely and utterly justified) into fuel and just keep writing this magnificent story. The people who matter as fans are right here, faithfully following this story to its conclusion! They are the ones who have fallen in love with the plot and the characters as you have portrayed them! Now, granted, maybe we are not all raving about you on our blogs or other media outlets like this dickhead but that doesn't mean that our opinion shouldn't matter. Doesn't the hit count spiking every Monday as everyone checks for an update tell you anything about how much we love you and 'Cover Me'? Let the jerk rave and spew his stupidity- anyone who's willing to so callously discount or make judgments on this story without even bothering to read it IN ORDER shouldn't be worth your attention! Rest up, feel better and let it go! The best revenge you can have on this, ahem, "load his mother should have swallowed" is by continuing to write 'Cover Me' and finishing it! Let the homophobic moron waste away in his mom's basement.
