*bwahahaha-ing all OVER the place*
Awesome! God, I love this fic! More bots are falling down? Or wait...decepticons, maybe? I don't know! Now I'm all on-edge trying to figure out if it's a bunch of decepticons about to attack them or Autobots just headed to Optimus's potition (or even more accidentally crash-landing types!) Some Neutrals, maybe? also, can they fly home in the plane? It would be REALLY SWEET if the Energon could get mailed to them, and they could, you know, get back to the consulate. They have some (read: lots) of surprises waiting for them! Speaking of the consulate...we haven't seen anything from their end for a while. I'm forgetting what color Blaster is! And I miss the awkward BluestreakxMoterhead moments...is IS BluexMoter, right? It's been a *WHILE*.
About a comment you made on ch22 of "Never Did Run Smooth" (man, I was excited to see you were a fan of that, too,), we aren't about to kill you for your writing style. We love you, we love this, and DAMN if we're going to stop now! BUT, your editing will cause some serious headaches if you do it as extensively as you need to. The way I see it, some of the stuff you have in each chapter is very relevant, but a lot of conversations seem redundant or pointless, leading to extensive wordage without much gain. Some chapters seem to have been written without much in the way of a chapter plot, and more of a chapter situation, which could have been a LOT shorter or even DELETED to the status of throw-away line, and merged with the non-plot-important and plot-imporant bits of the preceeding or anteceding chapters.
I figure that this isn't a problem for someone reading the chapters as they come out so much as a problem for anyone starting from the beginning, because if you read them as they come out the pace feels like it matches. We spent ten-thirty minutes reading a new peice to something we haven't seen in a week, but anyone new will spent 7-8 DAYS slogging through the accumulated events that are so closely tied into one another that the wealth of TOO MUCH INFORMATION will kill their interest in very little time flat.
This is FURTHER complicated in that usually, the problems don't get SOLVED. Emotional tangles are TAKING over, and while it's GREAT to read, bdq, eventually they have to start coming together, or the end will be cheesy when it all comes down at once. Who has figured out their problems? Ironhide and Will, Ratchet and Wheeljack, and Jazz is not dead anymore. That's about it. And even then, they have more around the corner. Mikaela has no one new (the suggestion that Miles likes her is great, but MAN, do I NOT want to see it happen. Miles is great, and so is Mikaela, but not together. Mikaela would get with one of the visiting AirForce guys before she got with Miles, and Miles would LOVE explaining movies and nerdy things to her, but she wouldn't enjoy it. Engines and Make-up and sarcastic daytime soaps are more her thing, I think.) and The whole Autobots linked to Decepticons thing isn't worked out, Blaster hardly even TALKS to Soundwave anymore, The Earth-born 'bots aren't common knowledge to the expidition crew, the expidition crew doesn't know about the Race Track Patrol being at base, Ironhide and Will don't know about their kid, Optimus doesn't know about Megatron or their link, in fact, there are a LOT of people NOT in that loop, Megs still has no body, just WHAT is to happen with Bee's feelings in all this?, none of the carrying bots know what to do when they deliver, know one knows HOW they're going to deliver, WILL'S got to deliver, Decepticons and Starscream are up to no good, but who knows what 'cause they're never talked about, hardly, and I'm not even LOOKING at the main pairing in question for this fic!
All in all, this is a story well-continued, and excellently written, but hard to get into now that's started. You're adding new mechs now, which means that even MORE problems will be introduced, and you still have SO MANY still to work from! I have faith that you can knock it all out, you're very dedicated to the fic and it shows, anyone who puts 700,000 words into ANYTHING is nothing BUT dedicated!
I really do love the fic, and I've been reading since forever. I just want some PROBLEMS TO GET SOLVED!! THE ENDLESS DRAMA IS MAKING ME FROTH AT THE MOUTH WITH NEEDY, UNFUFILLED WISHES!!!

O_O.... Oooo, the suspence! I can't help but wonder how this situation's gonna be defused. I loved Bee jumping between Sunny and Cade. I bet both Bee and Cade are shocked he did it. Hmmm, I wonder how Hide's gonna give Will that watch? *ponders*

you do know that that last scene can be taken quite humorously? cause the image it presents (Sunny pointing at 'Cade, 'Wave pointing at Sunny, Sides pointing at 'Wave, and Bee standing between them all trying to stop them) is something straight off the school playground. lol.

Glad Sam is not going to give up on Barricade. He probably is in for a long fight though. Ha Ha, Megatron was surprised too by Barricade being captain. Hope Will realizes his condition soon. Good job with the chapter and story. I hope things with the lawyers turn out okay, even though I have no idea what is going on, but best wishes.
