I love the story, but I'm slightly confused by the timing--while a woman breastfeeds she is making prolactin, which has the biofeedback effect of inhibiting FSH, and therefore the release of eggs from the ovaries--supposedly. I am well aware that there are many exceptions to these rules, but that's the textbook version.
Also, traveling from India to the Carribean in less than a week on an 17th/18th century sailing ship isn't likely. It would have taken much longer.

Oh my gosh, yay! This is exactly the chapter I've been waiting for. Norrington and Gov. Swann won't be trying to ruin things for Lizzie and Jack anymore! Keep up the good work!!

I love the story and the adventures and that Will as a wishy-washy as he has always been.
One comment though, TAFFETA? All the things you have people wearing isof taffeta. It's fine for a prom dress or formal, but it's not nightgown or shirt fabric. Maybe it ought to be linen or linsey-woolsey-an old fabric that people wore back then. I'm afraid taffeta is too fussy and dressy for their situations!!

I've been following your story for the last few weeks and I enjoy it.
Just a brief bit of con/crit: You really should put a N/C or rape disclaimer in the summary. There are some people that have a problem with that sneaking up on them...
