So I hadn't realized that "Eyes Of A Predator" had multiple chapters! Squeeeee! I ADORE this story. You bring a more 3-D life to Vau and Mird...and they definitely deserve it. "Knives" is, by far, my favorite chapter and in fact, that scene with Tomoe and Vau is my absolute favorite in either fanfic. I don't know what it is about it, but it's captured my Muse like none other! I love reading this from Mird's POV... Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. *fans self* Love it. :)

Lol, Mird has a tendency to bite off more than it can chew, but it remembers and learns – that’s a clever Strill! Gave Vau-senior all that brutish guy deserved *yay* Tomi’ka doesn’t make it any easier for the devoted Mird, isn’t it?
I wonder if Mird understands what goes through Vau’s head once he saw Tom’ika indulge in a religious ritual… which Mama Vau tended to overdo…

I'm glad you like it! Mird's probably the easiest and most patient muse for me to work with. Just stares at me with those golden eyes, giving me that patient "write me!" look. XD
Y'know, I wasn't sure whether Tom'ika was in the living room or Vau's bedroom when I wrote that part. I went with bedroom because, you're right, lol, I think I did get the gentlemanly Vau. I didn't quite see him as making her sleep on the floor after doing what he had to do, whether he enjoyed it or was ordered to or not. Besides, it gave me an opportunity to make a nod to Vau and Mird having grown up together and Mird being so loyal to him.
I might not swap, but I'd be willing to share dear gentleman Vau with you. :)
There's another chapter coming, but I'm not sure when that'll get written. Hopefully sometime this week. Save for today, it's not looking to be as busy as last week was. Somehow, I don't think Mird'ika will let me get away too long without writing more. :)

This is amazing... I drop a couple of lines and you make a real story from it! Mird is such a cutie, I can absolutely see why Walon loves it...
You know what's curious? I was thinking "living room" (not specified) and you "bedroom". Seems that I got the selfish Vau-version while you got the gentleman-version... hmmm... I suppose you don't want to swap with me?
