I've just run across your story and I have to say... I love it. I really like the detail and depth that you went into to draw us into Nix, Blade, and 'Teddy's' world. You make me see and feel the pain and sorrow of the death of her family... to the suidcidal moments with the Xeno's. I wanted to cry alongside Sam as she was wrenched from his arms to be brought back to the land of the living. I love the small touch of adding Lex to the story line, she was always one of my favorites. And the unexpectedness of being a chosen of Paya was brilliant. I've only seen it used in 2 other stories and your draw on it was quite inspiring. I cannot wait to see what happens in the next chapter. Poor Teddy *smirk* Perhaps once she begins to deal better with the loss of her loved ones she might see more in him... Of course she acts differently around Blade, so far he doesn't have her all hot and bothered. ^_^. Until then.. I shall keep an eye on your blog for new updates.

Ack! Such a tease! You had me on the edge of my seat with that whole scene between Nix and Li'ct-ha. You truly had me thinking that they were going to do something naughty. But, sadly, Li-ch-ha decided against anything, and even goes so far as to say he's giving up in his explanation to Blade. Poor guy :(

My things are definitely getting complicated. More jealousy toward Blade and now they're getting into a new clan. Complicated yes, but oh so very interesting. :D

That was a most impressive near-death experience you portrayed, and definitely touching and heart-breaking as well. The way you are so detailed with everything just makes your story truly come alive. I'm really in awe of how you are able to do that seemingly so easily. Anyways, I loved it of course and again cannot wait to see where things will go from here. Nice to see good ol Lex in this one too. :)

That was neat the way you made her 'wake up' at the end. Creative writing indeed, I likes.
