OMG, I LOVE you! I had a hard exams day today and coming home to find you updated was a great reward! ^_^
And you again picked a song that I think fits Freddy (and Lori's relationship with him) perfectly!
I get why were a little nervouse about this chapter, things can get awkward easely when a story is at the point where the victim comes to Freddy willingly. Most writers make the mistake to "soften him up" at that point (simply to keep their female character alive, perhaps o_O) but I'm glad to say you DIDN'T!
You let him be as cruel and vile as he's meant to be and yet still managed to describe Lori's "feelings" for him in a way that makes them believable.
I'm also really intuiged what it was that threw Freddy so off kilter so apprubtly... The strawberry smell of her shompoo? And if yes, what did it remind him of? Some thing from the time he waas alive or a former victim, or both? (It must be odd enough that Lori (assumebly short for Loretta?) shares her name with his late wife.
"Or I will take everything from you....in one....swift....thrust..."
That's got to be my favorite sentence so far! So dark and brutal and yet such perfectly lustful imegary!
