This is brilliant. Though I don't think the argument would really hold any water since Jason is just the cook's son and doesn't really have any legal entitlements to the land, however if he did and if this actually happened it would make the best movie ever. Kinda like: You've seen Jason in hell and in space, now he takes on his greatest battle yet, in the American judicial system!

LMAO awe man, awe man, awe man, you totally have a good story there; at least one that makes me laugh. But still...I wonder what happend when she eventually got Jason home and ended up on his property...I wouldn't doubt it that he killed her for tresspassing lol. I wonder what it would be like for other horror villians to go to court..
