don't feel bad. It took me two years to update a lord of the rings fic of mine. >< Wonderful chapter! I love it! I enjoyed the random Vulcan... it gave Kirk a more personal way of telling Spock he wasn't alone that I think he needed. ^^ well written indeed! *did I save said fairy?*

Lol, you're right updates take a long time. But you make up for that with lengthy chappies. So it's all good and so was this chappie as well ^_^.

Kid Spock is so cute, never leaving Jim's side for a minute. But then again life or death situations tend to do that to you ^_^;.

I agree with your view on Uhura... I felt they definitely took away some of her respect in the newer movie and the kiss scene was pretty much pointless except for the hilarious look on Kirk's face. XD So you're doing really well and yeah, there's always those one-line fix ups and they're kind of annoying. I like to see that your making to effort to actually give them a legitimate relationship, even if it is from 'dating' to friends. It's still nice to see. Anyway, keep up the good work! I'm looking forward to more!
