Whee~! *huggles*
That was a wonderful read. ^_^ (Espescially chapters 6and 7, by the way.) Please do continue, you've got some plot in there and slash; what could possibly be better? Well, besides some more slash, but that might just be me. ^_^;; Lovely writing. You'vetraytrayed the characters very well!
Love,
Finduilas

Eeee! Bootstrap's here and I can just see the tension mounting, thickening the air. How's Jack going to deal with his new feelings for Will and his feelings for his long lost friend? Will Bootstrap kick Jack's arse for touching his son? How are Bootstrap and Will going to get along? Will Jack, Bootstrap and Will have a nummy threesome? Oh, the possibilities for endless angst and squick. Yum!!
You lucky thing! I won't get to see POTC again until the weekend. I can't wait to see what you have in store for us.
BTW I'm a bit surprised that Will would be OK with killing the most of the crew of the ships that they attack. Wouldn't that push at his morals a bit? Otherwise, everthing is wonderful. So far the best POTC I've read.

Wheeeee! You gave me my very own chappie! I luff you! -double hugs-
This, was a work of brilliance, and I'm holding you to your Parrot promise, maybe you can even get it to sing "A pirates Life for me" I love that song. I know chunks of it. And people said I was a dork for seeing Pirates so many times. Im still a dork but, hey, it's got Pirates! I know what you mean about Buffy... I hmanymany hidden fics that will never see the day, including a Darla/Giles romance. I wish I could say I wrote it under the effects of rum but saddly....
I loved the bit with the Pendulum, I always thought that it would make sense seeing as the Pearl was the worst threat in the Caribean, something would be the worst threat in the colonies and the Pendulum takes that cake. Europes worst is obvious, the Steel Heart.
I hope that they do end up in a battle and either Jack or Will get hurt, and the other gets all upset. Seeing Will is the least experienced of the two and Jack managed to get through out Pirates completly without getting a scratch on him, drunk, knocked unconcious, handcuffed, and nearly hanged but nut physically hurt otherwise, I'd say it would be will. Oh, don't tell me if it happens though, surprises are lovely.
Puns are good, puns are very good. Scenes where Jack gets his ego deflated are better. You are just s incharacter it's astounding., like Jack's line "There were sides?" is so purely Jack.
Will's inquisitive personality and his determination are just placed so beutifully in the plot, it's gorgeous. I can barely wait untill the next chapter!

Now that I read what other people have said about your lovely fiction, I just wanted to mention something my best friend said to me while watching the movie with me, "He's so gay. The way he walks, the eyeliner, the low voice, the way he keeps himself a hell of a lot cleaner than some of the other pirates, the hat, the need to have perfect clothes, the self-denial he causes himself by chasing women and prostitutes. That man is so deep in the closet it's sad. This is the only time I will ever wish I was a man."
Just thought you'd find that amusing.

nice story, I really like it, it has an excelent plot so far. I can't wait for more, please keep writing.
I hope this becomes slash soon, then it would not only have a neat plot and some superb writing, but some excellent slash as well. (I'm just asuming that you write everything well.)
please please please inueinue soon.

hey, i think this fic is actually going really well so please keep on writing. and dont worry about future lemons. a story can be just as powerful when you leave certain things behind closed doors. all you really need to do is strongly imply or outright say what is going on behind them. no need for detail (although it is nice when it is given). i think that you seem to be moving in the right direction. oh, and about jack's walk, i can only described it as a permenently drunken swagger or stroll (depending on his mood at the time). thats the best i can do with that one. maybe someone else has a better suggestion. anyway, i wish you luck on this and i hope that you will choose to update soon.
