Oh, t hea heavens, a Pirates story worth reading! I like the beginning of this very much, and look forward to seeing what you do with it from here. I'll admit that after I saw the film for the second time yesterday I had the same thoughts about the senior Mr. Turner, so I'm interested to see where you take the story. I'm not sure that I see the slashy potential in them, I keep seeing them as more mentor/pupil than lovers, but let's see what the characters tell you to do... Good luck!

I know that the man who always drankfrom the flask was Gibbs, the man who was mute-that hd te parrot talk for him was Cotton, and the was a women, but I can't rber ber her name. Don't think they gave names for anyone else. Oh yeah, there was a midget.

Anyway, love the story so fr and I hope it's slash! ^_^ Will/Jack nt enough stories with that pairing!

Ooooh! I'm really enjoying this story. I had the same notion that Bootstrap might be alive out there somewhere, but really he must remove that stick from his bum. Poor Will is angsting over it and he and Jack can't be happy that way. I hope you don't have any horrible terrible disasters planned, though if you do I'll still read as this is one of the best Pirates fics I've read so far.
