So Far Untitled
Okay, so I haven't written anything in a while *ducks head to hide from people waiting for updates on Last Hope and The Prince's Bodyguard* but I'm going to take a shot at this one. The Lost Boys has been my favorite movie since I was a little kid, but when I started writing fanfics, I never even considered writing about the movie... I guess I didn't want to mess with a good thing, but, hey, DBZ is a wonderful thing and I twisted it all out of whack, so, here we go!
Anyway, this fic will be A/U, and will be about the way I think the story would have gone if Michael and Sam had gone to live with an Aunt instead of Grandpa and had a younger girl cousin. We begin at the Boardwalk, when Michael first meets Star...
~*~
Dacoda stared after her cousin as he walked beside the girl. Michael's eyes were locked on her, the look in them much like that of a devoted puppy. "Disgusting," she muttered, following behind them. She watched as the girl introduced herself as Star and Mike tried to get her to go with him, then rolled her eyes and started to turn away. Her progress was halted when a group of guys on motorcycles roared up beside them. Her interest sparked, Dacoda crept closer, as her cousin seemed to engage in a staredown with the gorgeous blond on the first bike, each of them trying to get Star to get on his bike. A hand on her arm halted her progress and she looked up in surprise to find herself nearly in the middle of the small group of bikers. There were five of them all together. The leader and one with dark hair to his shoulders, who had a little boy on the back of his bike. The kid looked at her as if she were something good to eat. Behind her was a guy with curly blond hair almost to his waist. The one holding her arm had long straight blond hair and wore the same uniform of black leather and dirty jeans as the others. "Going somewhere?" he asked. She tossed her hair back out of her face and met his eyes. "He's my cousin," she said. "Running to the rescue?" She let out a scoffing laugh. "More like getting a better view to watch him get his ass kicked." The guy grinned. "What's your name, girl?" "Dacoda. Call me Codi," she said. "Who are you?" "Paul. If you want to get a front row seat to your cousin's ass kicking, get on," he said, nodding toward his leader. Star had climbed onto the bike behind him and Mike was kicking his motorcycle to life. Looked like they were taking this little show on the road. Codi glanced sideways at Paul and then shrugged. She always did like motorcycles. Putting a hand on his shoulder, she mounted the bike behind him and slid her arms around his waist as they started to move.
Blond hair streamed out behind her and the wind stung her eyes and Codi threw her head back and laughed as they raced over the sand at a breakneck speed. Mike was somewhere among them, but she really didn't care if he followed at all. Paul and the other guys were hollering and laughing as well and the little boy behind the black haired guy was grinning. They rode for a few miles and then something happened and she saw Mike skid along the ground toward the edge of a cliff overlooking the ocean. Paul had halted his bike with the others and she could feel the tension singing through his body as his leader asked Mike how far he was willing to go. Mike didn't reply, just stared. The girl, Star, stood nearby, looking worried. All the guys around her had intense, slightly eager expressions, as if they were looking forward to the fight. It was almost a disappointment when Mike backed down.
Paul led Codi down into a cave with the others and she listened as their leader told them of a hotel that had fallen into a crevis during a big quake. His name was David, Paul told her, quietly. The one with long blond curls was Marko, the dark haired one was Dwayne and the boy was Laddie. Eyes wide, she looked around at them all. They were all good looking, each in a different way and she caught each of them glancing her way more than once. All but David and Mike, who had yet to notice she was there.
Paul glanced at the girl as she stared around the cave, her eyes lingering on the giant poster of Jim Morrison. When he'd first seen her, wearing short cut off jeans and a thin, nearly sheer white tank top, he'd thought merely of a free meal, but now he knew it was out of the question. She was beautiful, with blond hair half way down her back and eyes like the dark side of midnight, but beauty was easy enough to find. Codi had something else, a spark, a manner about her that was both naive and dangerous. She appeared innocent, but something dark stared out of her eyes, something carnivorous. She was fearless and sexy, openly curious and mischief and a little touch of evil seemed to glint in her gaze.
His eyes skimmed over her figure again. A little on the short side, she had muscular legs, a sweetly rounded ass, a flat stomach, and full breasts. There was a defiant tilt to her chin and a devil-may-care smirk on her lips. He felt his body respond to her and stepped closer to her. Paul knew he'd have to pull her away from the group now, before David spotted her, if he was going to have any fun with her on his own. This one he knew David would want to keep and once she became one of them, she belonged to all of them.
Codi felt Paul's hands touch her waist and slid to her hips, pulling her back, a little further into the shadows. She moved with him willingly, pressing against him and feeling his arousal through his jeans, pressing against her. She tilted her head to give him easier access to her neck when he swept her hair to one side and she leaned against him when she felt his lips on her skin. He scraped his teeth lightly over her neck and she shivered, reaching behind her and grabbing his hips, pulling him tighter against her and shifting against him, just a little. Something like a small growl came from his throat at her movement and his hands slid up from her waist, under her shirt, to her breasts.
She filled his palms perfectly and Paul kneaded the firm flesh under his hands as she moved against him, teasing, making him ache. With a soft growl, he spun her around to face him and fisted his left hand in her hair, pulling her head back and claiming her mouth, while his right hand slid into her shorts. A soft moan escaped her and Paul's eyes flicked upward, toward David, who he knew had heard the sound. His hand still fisted in her hair, he pulled her face into his shoulder and met David's ice blue gaze. David raised an eyebrow and Paul bit back a groan. He released her hair and slid his other hand out of her jeans. "Are you going to introduce your friend, Paul?" David asked, loudly.
Codi turned, eyes heavy lidded with lust and stared at David, her arms still loosely around Paul's neck. "Codi?" she heard Michael say in surprise. "A friend of yours, Michael?" David asked. "My baby cousin," Mike said, still gazing at her in shock. David and the others laughed at his term for her and Paul felt a smirk curve over his mouth. Deliberately, his eyes never leaving Mike, he slid his hand up Codi's ribcage and rubbed his thumb over her already hard nipple. Michael took a step forward and David spoke. "I don't think Paul agrees with you, Michael. He seems to find your cousin plenty grown up." "Codi, what are you doing here?" Mike asked, still moving forward. "Stay out of it, Mike," Codi said, narrowing her eyes. "You don't belong here, Codi," he argued. "I think she fits in just fine," said David and Mike stopped, his hands clenched into fists. "Paul," David continued, "bring Codi over here with us. We were just about to have a drink."
Paul seemed reluctant, but did as he'd been told, turning Codi toward the others and leading her to them with his hands on her shoulders. David was holding a bottle of red liquid and took a drink, then handed it to Mike. The girl, Star, moved very close to Mike and Codi heard her soft voice say, "Don't. It's blood." Mike was obviously feeling macho, because he smirked. "Yeah, right, blood," he muttered, before taking a long drink from the bottle. As he lowered it from his mouth, David took it from his hand and looked at Codi. She stepped toward him and he handed her the bottle, watching intently as she raised it to her lips. She studied his face and decided that whatever she was about to drink probably wasn't wine. He was much to anxious for her to drink. No, this was something very important to him. She smelled the mouth of the bottle and the sharp, metallic scent invaded her nose. It was blood. She raised an eyebrow at David and he knew she knew. With a quick smirk, she raised the bottle and drank and a cheer went up throughout the cavern.
